The House of Commons Page Program
November 9, 2016
Each year, 40 students are selected from high schools and CEGEPs across Canada to come to Ottawa to work as Pages in the House of Commons. Pages have the opportunity to learn about the House of Commons while witnessing the legislative process first hand.
Those hired as Pages work on a part-time basis during their first year of study at one of the universities in the National Capital Region. I invite you to explore this site and learn about the unique experience and history of the Page Program and explore the opportunity to be at the centre of the action.
Should you be interested in being one of the 40 Pages, please go to: http://www.parl.gc.ca/Employment/House/PageProgram/PP_ApplyProcess-e.htm.
The deadline for the ‘2017-18 Page Program’ is December 5, 2016.
