MP Eglinski Congratulates Award Recipients

OTTAWA:  Jim Eglinski, Member of Parliament for Yellowhead, is pleased to recognize local recipients of Senator Doug Black’s Senator Contribution Award. This award is presented to nominated individuals throughout Alberta who make important volunteer contributions to their communities.

Senator Black is an elected Alberta Senator who handed out the award to 219 Albertans as part of Canada’s 150th birthday celebrations, noting the importance of recognizing exceptional individuals who make contributions to our communities.

“I am proud to know that there are so many local residents who are willing to invest in our communities, and in each other. It is people like this who help make our riding one of the best in Canada,” stated MP Eglinski.
